Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data UptimePush processes when you visit uptimepush.com or use the app, and how you can exercise your rights.

Controller

The controller is UptimePush e.U., reachable at hello@uptimepush.com.

Data we process

Account data: email address, name, password hash, login sessions, plan and billing status. Monitoring data: the URLs, hosts and settings you configure, check results and response times. Notification data: addresses, tokens and webhook URLs you enter. Status page subscribers: email addresses submitted on your status page. Website analytics: anonymised page views without cookies, with IP addresses hashed daily and never stored in full.

Purposes and legal basis

We process account and monitoring data to provide the service (contract). We send alerts and service emails because you asked for them (contract). We keep anonymised analytics to understand how the website is used (legitimate interest). We keep invoices as long as tax law requires (legal obligation).

Retention

Check history is kept for 30 days on Free and one year on Pro and Team. Accounts are deleted 30 days after you delete them. Anonymised analytics are kept for 24 months.

Hosting and subprocessors

All data is hosted in EU data centres. Email is delivered through an EU email provider. We do not sell personal data and do not use advertising trackers.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, export and delete your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to complain to a supervisory authority. Write to hello@uptimepush.com.

Cookies

The app uses a strictly necessary session cookie and a language preference. The marketing site sets a language preference and, when you arrive through an affiliate link, a referral cookie for 60 days. No advertising cookies are used.
