Hosted in the EU. Built for the GDPR.

For many European companies, where a monitoring service stores its data decides whether it can be used at all. UptimePush keeps everything in the European Union.

What stays in the EU

Monitoring checks are executed from Frankfurt. Check results, response times, incident history, account data and status pages are stored on servers in EU data centres. Backups stay in the EU as well.

What personal data we process

To run your account we store your email address, name, password hash and login sessions. Monitors contain the URLs you choose to check. Notification channels contain the addresses and tokens you enter. Public status pages can collect subscriber email addresses on your behalf; you are the controller for those.

Subprocessors

Transactional email is sent through an EU-based email provider. Monitoring data is not shared with any US-based subprocessor. A current list of subprocessors and a data-processing agreement are available on request from hello@uptimepush.com.

Your rights

You can export your monitors and history from the dashboard, delete your account at any time, and contact us to exercise any right under the GDPR. We answer within 30 days.
