Monitoring checks Frankfurt से चलाए जाते हैं। Check results, response times, incident history, account data और status pages EU data centres के servers पर store होते हैं। Backups भी EU में ही रहते हैं।
हम कौन-सा personal data process करते हैं
आपका account चलाने के लिए हम आपका email address, नाम, password hash और login sessions store करते हैं। Monitors में वे URLs होते हैं जिन्हें आप check करना चुनते हैं। Notification channels में आपके द्वारा दर्ज addresses और tokens होते हैं। पब्लिक status pages आपकी ओर से subscriber email addresses एकत्र कर सकते हैं; उनके लिए controller आप हैं।
Subprocessors
Transactional email एक EU-आधारित email provider के ज़रिये भेजे जाते हैं। Monitoring data किसी US-आधारित subprocessor के साथ साझा नहीं किया जाता। Subprocessors की वर्तमान सूची और data-processing agreement hello@uptimepush.com से अनुरोध पर उपलब्ध हैं।
आपके अधिकार
आप dashboard से अपने monitors और history export कर सकते हैं, कभी भी अपना account delete कर सकते हैं, और GDPR के तहत कोई भी अधिकार इस्तेमाल करने के लिए हमसे संपर्क कर सकते हैं। हम 30 दिनों के भीतर जवाब देते हैं।
