हम जो data process करते हैं
Account data: email address, नाम, password hash, login sessions, plan और billing status। Monitoring data: आपके द्वारा configure किए गए URLs, hosts और settings, check results और response times। Notification data: आपके द्वारा दर्ज addresses, tokens और webhook URLs। Status page subscribers: आपके status page पर submit किए गए email addresses। Website analytics: बिना cookies के anonymised page views, जिनमें IP addresses रोज़ hash किए जाते हैं और कभी पूरे store नहीं होते।
उद्देश्य और कानूनी आधार
हम सेवा प्रदान करने के लिए account और monitoring data process करते हैं (contract)। हम alerts और service emails इसलिए भेजते हैं क्योंकि आपने उनका अनुरोध किया (contract)। हम website के उपयोग को समझने के लिए anonymised analytics रखते हैं (legitimate interest)। हम invoices उतने समय तक रखते हैं जितना कर कानून अपेक्षित करता है (legal obligation)।
Retention
Check history Free पर 30 दिन और Pro व Team पर एक साल तक रखी जाती है। Account delete करने के 30 दिन बाद accounts हटा दिए जाते हैं। Anonymised analytics 24 महीने तक रखे जाते हैं।
Hosting और subprocessors
सारा data EU data centres में hosted है। Email एक EU email provider के ज़रिये भेजे जाते हैं। हम personal data नहीं बेचते और advertising trackers इस्तेमाल नहीं करते।
आपके अधिकार
आपको अपने data को access, सुधारने, export और delete करने, processing को सीमित करने या उस पर आपत्ति जताने, और किसी supervisory authority से शिकायत करने का अधिकार है। hello@uptimepush.com पर लिखें।
Cookies
App एक अत्यंत आवश्यक session cookie और एक भाषा preference इस्तेमाल करता है। Marketing site एक भाषा preference सेट करती है और, जब आप किसी affiliate link से आते हैं, 60 दिनों के लिए एक referral cookie। कोई advertising cookies इस्तेमाल नहीं होतीं।
