Telegram setup
Step-by-step: create a bot with BotFather, find your chat ID and connect it to UptimePush.
1. Create a bot
Open Telegram, message @BotFather, send /newbot and follow the prompts. Copy the bot token; it looks like 123456789:AAH...
2. Start a chat or add the bot to a group
Send /start to your bot, or add it to a group and send any message. For channels, add the bot as an administrator.
3. Find the chat ID
In UptimePush, paste the token and click Detect chat ID. We read the latest message the bot received and fill in the ID. Alternatively, open https://api.telegram.org/bot<TOKEN>/getUpdates in a browser and read chat.id.

Click Send test. You should receive a message within a second. Assign the channel to monitors and you are done.
