The service
UptimePush monitors the websites, APIs and servers you configure, sends alerts to the channels you connect and hosts public status pages. We provide the service as described on the pricing page for the plan you choose.
Your account
You must provide a valid email address and keep your password secret. You are responsible for the monitors you create and must only monitor systems you own or are allowed to check. Abusive use, such as monitoring third-party systems against their will or exceeding fair-use limits, may lead to suspension.
Plans and payment
The Free plan is free forever within its limits. Pro and Team are billed monthly or yearly in euros, excluding VAT. You can cancel at any time; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Yearly plans are refunded pro rata within the first 30 days.
Availability
We aim for high availability of the service itself and publish our own status page. Monitoring results are provided as a best effort and do not replace your own operational responsibility.
Affiliate programme
Affiliates earn commission on paid conversions only, as described on the affiliate page in your profile. Self-referrals, coupon abuse and misleading advertising void commissions.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for losses caused by outages of your own systems.
Changes
We may update these terms and will announce material changes by email at least 14 days in advance.
