Frequently asked questions

Is UptimePush really free?+

Yes. The Free plan includes 10 monitors checked every 5 minutes from our EU region, email and Telegram, Discord and Slack alerts, SSL and domain expiry warnings and one public status page. No credit card is required and the plan does not expire.

How fast will I be alerted when my site goes down?+

On Pro and Team plans monitors are checked every 60 seconds, or every 30 seconds if you enable it. A failure is confirmed by a retry before we alert you, so a typical outage alert arrives within one to two minutes and false alarms are rare.

Where is my data hosted?+

All monitoring data, accounts and status pages are hosted in data centres in the European Union and we are GDPR compliant. We do not use US-based subprocessors for monitoring data.

Can I cancel at any time?+

Yes. Plans are month to month and you can downgrade to Free or cancel from your account at any time. Yearly plans are refunded pro rata within the first 30 days.

How do I pay?+

Card payments open soon. Crypto payments are coming later. Until then, contact hello@uptimepush.com for early access to Pro and Team and we will activate your plan manually.

Do you offer discounts?+

Yearly billing saves about two months. Affiliates can share a 20% off first-year code with their readers. Non-profits and open-source projects can ask us for a free Pro plan.
