Setup
Create a bot with @BotFather, start a chat with it or add it to a group, then enter the bot token and chat ID in UptimePush.
- Message @BotFather and create a bot, copy the token
- Start a chat with your bot or add it to a group
- Find the chat ID (UptimePush can detect it after you send /start)
- Add channel → Telegram, paste token and chat ID, send a test
What you receive
Down and recovery alerts with the monitor name, reason, HTTP status, region and a link to the monitor. SSL and domain expiry warnings and missed heartbeats use the same channel.
Routing
Assign the channel to any monitor, combine it with email or a second channel, and use maintenance windows to silence alerts during planned work.
